The holiday accommodation is subject to availability at the point of the prize winner making their reservation. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Prize winners details may be used in future publicity materials by Cairngorms-Park, e.g. 'Mr Smith from Glasgow were the lucky winners of the cairngorms-park prize draw in 2012.
Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the competition.
The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.  Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for cairngorms-park to contact you may result in forfeiture of the prize. If he/she cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, cairngorms-park reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
Any person who is an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Cairngorms-Park, or any person who is directly connected with the organisation of any particular competition is ineligible to participate.
