Slochd Mhor Lodge offers a genuine welcome to groups or individuals in warm and friendly surroundings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with woodburing stove together with a spacious dining area and a large lounge/lecture room also with woodburner. Central heating throughout with under floor heating and hot showers. Other facilities include drying room and washing machine, an on-site cycleshop/workshop, mountain bike hire and, in winter, nordic ski hire and instruction. There is an outside seating and BBQ area, a bikeshed and ample parking, free internet access. The Slochd offers some of the best cross country skiing in Scotland! We have an extensive ski hire department with a selection of skis for trails and low level ski touring in the forest tracks. Also, metal edged cross country skis for touring at high levels. Alpine Skiing, at the Slochd offer instruction and guiding in the ski area for family's individuals or small groups.
