The house is mainly wood lined throughout, extremely cosy and well situated with all the facilities of Aviemore and Speyside close by, including The Cairngorm Reindeer Centre which is just 10 miles away. There is a Summer house and BBQ. in the enclosed and secluded garden. Also there is an outdoor hot tub, sauna and plunge pool. Fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains where the reindeer roam. Very close by is a small loch, which can be fished on purchase of a permit. The loch is renowned for good birdwatching. There is an extensive local footpath/cycling network with easy access to the Speyside Way. Plenty of walking available from gentle walks to munro bagging.
