This is a truly beautiful Lodge in the perfect location with stunning views over the Boat of Garten Golf Course and to the Mountains beyond, with the Strathspey Steam Railway running close by, reminding you of the nostalgic Days of Steam.

Downstairs. Enter though to a very large hallway with toybox, wc, storage cupboard. The entrance hallway has a beautiful wooden floor and staircase Kitchen/Living area with fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fireplace and seating area. Dining room table and chairs. Multi fuel/log burning cast iron stove in feature fireplace is the focal point of the living area. Access to the patio/decking area with 6 Person Hot Tub via French doors, parasol, outside seating area, BBQ. There is also a large grass area to enjoy. Views over Tee 4 of the Boat of Garten gold course and the hills beyond. The steam railway passes the bottom of the garden. First Floor Large upper hallway with access to all the bedrooms. Main bedroom - Super king size bed, built in storage, TV WiFi, DVD and en suite shower, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 2 - Super king size bed (or 2 twins), storage. En-suite, table, chair, TV and WiFi. Bedroom 3 - Twin beds, en suite and storage All bedrooms can be made to suit - either super king double or twin beds. All en suite bathrooms have, shower, wc and basin. Beautiful mirrors and accessories complete the luxurious finish to all the bathrooms. For our younger guests the house offers a cot and highchair.
