Morrone can be let as one large house (sleeping 11) or as two separate houses (sleeping 5 and 6 respectively). The house and cottage are linked by a lockable internal door and each has a separate entrance.

The house and cottage are situated near the River Dee, with easy access to skiing and, hillwalking in the Cairngorm mountains, golf on the highest 18-hole course in Britain, fishing, Deeside castles and stately homes. Being on the edge of the village, Morrone has the advantages of easy access to shops and public transport, as well as the privacy and quiet of the moors and hills which surround the house. Before the fence was recently repaired, a local red deer stag was a regular visitor to the garden!
